Report the issue within 2 days of receiving your order. Just reach out to us via email or phone with a photo of the damaged item and your order details.
We’ll guide you through the simple return process.
Once we receive the item, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge.
We do not currently accept returns for reasons other than damage, as each piece is made with care and inspected before dispatch. But if something’s not quite right, we're always here to help.
