Refund & Return Policy

At Chiclyn’s Accessories, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our jewellery. As part of our company policy, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons other than damage. We kindly request that you carefully review all product details, including size and color, before placing your order.

However, in the rare event that your item arrives damaged due to an error during shipping, we’re here to help. We’ll repair or replace it for you at no extra charge within 7–10 business days. Please note, we do not offer refunds.

To report a damaged item, please contact us via email or phone within 2 days of receiving your order. We will provide return instructions, and once we receive the damaged item, we will begin the repair or replacement process promptly.

Please note:

  • Returns for reasons such as fit, style, or change of mind are not accepted.

  • We do not accept returns for items that have been worn or altered.
